一、简介：Introduce

FYUHZ系列磁翻板液位计，是采用现场安装的直读式液位仪表及变送单元，采用优质不锈钢材料，以化学工业部颁布的HG/T21584磁性液位计标准制作而成，检测部分和显示部分完全隔离。现场当被测量容器中的液位升降时，液位计主导管内的磁性浮球也随之升降，浮球内的永久磁钢通过磁耦合作用传递到现场指示器，驱动红、白翻柱转动，当液位上升时，翻柱由白色转成红色；当液位下降时，翻柱由红色转成白色。指示器的红、白交界处即为容器内液位的实际高度。The magnetic float board fluid level gauges in FY-UHZ series are made with the direct-reading fluid level instrument installed on site and transducing unit, and also the high quality stainless steel material according to the HG/T21584 magnetic fluid level gauge standard issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, its detecting part and displaying part is isolated completely. While the fluid level is lifting or dropping in the detected container on site, the magnetic floating ball inside the main duct of fluid level gauge shall also be lifted accordingly, the permanent magnetic steel in floating ball shall transmit the signal to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling function, to drive the red/ white turning column; when the fluid level lifted up, the turning column shall rotate from white side to red side; when the fluid level dropped, the turning column shall rotate from red side to white side. The boundary between the red and white part of indicator shall be the actual height of fluid level in the container.

远传型磁翻板液位计通过配远传变送器，将现场数据传送至二次显示表或DCS系统。Through equipped with remote transducer, the remote magnetic float board fluid level gauge can transmit the field data to the secondary indicator or DCS system.

二、产品特点 Product features

1.显示器以红色指示液位，上部白色区域为无液部分，显示直观、醒目、夜明效果好。The display device uses red color to represent the fluid level and the upper white area representing the non-fluid area, the indication is intuitional, eye-catching and with good night viewing effect;

2.液位测量范围大，不受容器规格，形状以及安装位置的限制，全过程测量无盲区。The measuring range for fluid level is quite large, not limited by the specifications and shape of container and its installation position, and during the whole measuring procedure there’s no blind spots.

3.液位显示器与被测介质完全隔离，安全，可靠。The indicator for fluid level is isolated from the detected medium completely, it’s safe and reliable;

4.接液部分选用不同的材料制造，可适用于各种腐蚀性介质液位的测量。The fluid receiving part is made with different materials, can be applied for the fluid level measurement in various corrosive medium;

5.高温以及有毒有害和易燃易爆介质液位的测量，均具有很强的适用性。It has the strong suitability for the fluid level measurement in high temperature, hazardous, and/ or explosive, flammable mediums.
